Execute standard work in On-time Performance
Support daily management of department duties
Communicate to Upstream Partners
Communicate to Downstream Partners
Escalate barriers to Operations Leaders
Mitigate issues impacting safety
Mitigate issues impacting performance
Correspond with shipping companies
Correspond with shipping company contacts
Use shipping company software
Coordinate trailers to dock doors
Coordinate trailers to cross docks
Troubleshoot shipping problems
Troubleshoot shipping errors
Control transportation costs
Ensure on-time dock performance
Update Staging POD 5s
Oversee Load Flow Control
Maintain load level performance tracking
Coordinate with Transportation teams
Protect customer experience
Ensure safety measures are in place
Ensure safety precautions are used
Assist in the floor as associate resource
Verify SOP compliance
Track associate performance
Report associate performance
Provide feedback of associate performance
Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives
Fill in with production duties
Understand daily production goals
Keep work area organized
Identify safety hazards
Address safety hazards
Participate in safety initiatives
Refer job injuries to Area Manager
Refer safety violations to Area Manager
