Support the Starbucks Manager in all aspects of store operations and daily execution

and corporate food safety and sanitation requirements
Communicate daily with restaurant or property leadership regarding events
and operational needs
Assist with barista training
and operational updates
Provide clear direction to staff through effective verbal and written communication
Support staffing coverage needs and comply with attendance and scheduling requirements
and professional work environment
Follow all company safety and security policies
including key control
Identify and report safety hazards or operational concerns promptly
Perform additional job-related duties as assigned by management

Position Description: The Starbucks Supervisor supports the Starbucks Manager in overseeing daily store operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role is responsible for supervising baristas, maintaining Starbucks brand and service standards, and ensuring smooth operations during assigned shifts. In the absence of the Starbucks Manager, the Supervisor assumes full operational responsibility for the store.
