In this critical role, you’ll ensure that our 24/7 metal production runs safely, efficiently, and at the cutting edge of innovation. You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering the rare earth and critical metals that underpin the world’s transition to clean energy and advanced technology. This role follows a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, working 3 days one week and 4 days the following week over night and receive night shift pay differential. ## Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a shift team to ensure consistent, high-quality metal production Oversee day-to-day operations of high-temperature and chemical processing equipment Drive safe practices and enforce compliance with all SOPs and safety protocols Monitor production metrics and take immediate action to correct deviations Conduct start-of-shift and end-of-shift meetings to align team performance and priorities Train and support Operators in technical procedures and process understanding Ensure accurate doc
