What You'll Achieve.
delivering key performance indicators (safety, quality, production and cost); drive performance; Ensure paperwork & status reporting are completed timely and accurately

Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
able to work in outdoor environments, occasionally in temperatures above 100 degrees and below 32 degrees, Willing and able to work in a hot, humid, cold and noisy industrial environment, Willing and able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, wearing safety equipment, Ability to work evenings, weekends, and overnight, Climb ladders and work off elevated surfaces on an occasional basis up to 100 ft, push, pull and lift items up to 50 lbs
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2 years industrial/manufacturing experience/wood products background, proficient in basic computer knowledge, demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
High school diploma or equivalent education, Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred, previous management a plus

Maintain documentation on employee performance
Ensure a safe working environment
Enforce good housekeeping standards
Provide direction to team
Ensure paperwork & status reporting
