Job Responsibilities** * Supervise, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians across multiple shifts. * Plan, schedule, and assign maintenance work orders, prioritizing tasks based on production needs and equipment criticality. * Ensure timely completion of preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. * Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues on production equipment and facility infrastructure. * Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies within the maintenance department. * Manage spare parts inventory and procurement processes to minimize downtime. * Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality departments to optimize equipment performance and reliability. * Maintain accurate maintenance records and generate reports on key performance indicators. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance processes and equipment reliability. * Respond to emergency breakdowns and
