Follows Product Control Plan, Monitors process control plan, Respond to corrective action requests, Rework NCRs, Manage and maintain production floor, Complete production KPIs, Manage material waste reduction, Issue & Return materials daily, Distribute scheduled activities, Manage Production employees, Delegate responsibilities, Organize shift handoff meetings, Perform shift walk audits, Identify training needs, Develop and coach employees, Identify and mentor back-ups, Control payroll hours, Maintain labor costs within budget, Schedule direct reports, Document and administer disciplinary action, Make hiring and termination decisions, Lead and maintain housekeeping, Administer annual employee reviews, Collaborate cross-functionally, Participate in Shift Leader Meetings, Prepare and distribute daily shift report, Execute shift handoffs daily, Support and maintain all policies, Lift up to 35 lbs, Stand/walk 80% of the time
