Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, as a Shift Supervisor you will play a vital role in the restaurant as a trainer, coach and mentor to crew level employees. You will be responsible for bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life, delivering exceptional service to our Guests and creating an environment that promotes safe working conditions for all. Your responsibilities will include: * Leading and supervising shifts to ensure smooth and safe operations. * Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. * Providing training and coaching to team members. * Role modelling outstanding guest service. * Supporting sales growth through exceptional service and suggestive selling. * Executing the National Marketing Plan to enhance customer experience. * Encouraging a culture of inclusiveness, trust, and accountability.
