Tenemos una oportunidad para vos, estamos buscando Shift Supervisor en Cordoba. - Asegurar la correcta operación (proceso de picking) de la tienda durante su turno, manteniendo altos estándares de Calidad, en concordancia con los Procesos y Políticas de la Compañía. -Coordinar el equipo y sus tareas, asignando recursos según prioridades y maximizando la productividad. Solucionando conflictos que puedan darse en su turno de trabajo. -Asegura el staff adecuado por día y horario, estando en constante comunicación con el Store Manager, respecto de la performance del equipo. -Monitorea performance del equipo y da soporte al Store Manager en el cumplimiento de los procesos administrativos de la tienda. (Gestión de inventarios/Control de Merma/Facturación/People/Mantenimiento). -Garantiza que la tienda cumpla con las políticas regionales y locales de seguridad alimentaria, Salud ocupacional y Medioambiente. Es el encargado de reportar todos los desvios que puedan surgir en la tienda en relación a las politicas. -Da soporte al Store Manager en el Monitoreo las tareas en la tienda, en el desarrollo profesional de las personas y sugiere mejoras para aumentar la productividad. - En ausencia del Store Manager es el encargado de coordinar los turnos de trabajo y de disponer la modalidad de trabajo en la tienda. -Controla y gestiona la organización
