What You'll Do.
Support store management in driving store execution
Support store management in driving store performance
Support store management in building consumer loyalty
Lead store staff when manager or Operations Supervisor is not onsite
Ensure store operations run smoothly
Ensure completion of all opening and closing procedures
Work effectively with store management and store crews
Supervise store crew through assigning
Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews
Assist customers with their questions
problems and complaints
Promote CVS customer service culture
Handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy
Promote a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers
Maintain customer/patient confidentiality
and inventory of weekly
and seasonal merchandise
Execute display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise
Reset departments following POGs
