Support the CVS Store Management team
Drive store execution and performance
Build consumer loyalty
Ensure store operations run smoothly
Ensure completion of opening and closing procedures
Work effectively with store management and crews
Supervise the store’s crew
and follow up on activities
Communicate information to and from management and crews
Assist customers with questions
Promote CVS customer service culture
Handle customer relations issues
Maintain customer/patient confidentiality
Execute display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise
Reset departments following POGs
