Able to stand for 8-10 hours a day, physically capable of performing the essential functions, Ability to frequently lift/move material weighing up to 40 pounds, work up to 12 hours per day including Saturday and Sunday
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Must be 18 years of age or older, Able to stand for 8-10 hours a day, Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, Ability to use quality inspection tools, Ability to read and interpret job element sheets, Ability to use a variety of gages (functional, go/no go), PC and keyboard/mouse skills required, Ability to frequently lift/move material weighing up to 40 pounds, Ability to work as a contributing member within team environment, Must be able to understand and follow written and verbal workplace instructions, Must be able to work up to 12 hours per day including Saturday and Sunday
Nice to Have
6 months quality experience, One year manufacturing experience
What You'll Do.
Monitor and measure products
Escalate nonconforming product issues
Perform periodic quality checks
Record information in Plex
Perform general utility work
Support plants daily and weekly production
Inspect and gage parts
Verify first piece inspection
Support company quality process
Follow company containment process
Ensure parts are packed
Perform daily Layered Process Audits
Monitor quality alerts
Ensure nonconforming processes adhered
Maintains safety and cleanliness
Performs and cross trains
Completes appropriate paperwork
Meets daily production requirements
