What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 5 years experience Supervising/Leading in a similar field, CNC Experience with Quilters, laser cutters, routers, splitters, PLCS and Valves, Lean/5S, Familiar with Automated equipment and operations
Nice to Have
Familiar with Lasers, Commercial Quilting machines, Bonding, Furnace operations, Valves and PLCs, Proficiency in interpreting engineering models, drawings, specifications, written work instructions, and test procedures, Exceptional organizational, analytical, and coordination skills, Continuous improvement mentality, Curiosity for understanding the details of our business and how to optimize it, Lean certification, Experience in new product introduction, Experience in a team-based Lean Manufacturing environment, Experience in Aerospace/Launch vehicles, Experience in assembly, integration, and handling of large production
