Der Erfolg der BIPSO GmbH basiert insbesondere auf unserer Leidenschaft, Engagement und der Freude am gemeinsamen Erreichen höchster Ziele. **Auf was Du Dich bei uns freuen kannst:** * Flache Hierarchien ermöglichen eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, ein angenehmes Arbeitsklima und abwechslungsreiche Arbeitsprozesse. * 37,5 h Wochenarbeitszeit, tarifliche Bezahlung (IG BCE) , 30 Tage Urlaub, 13 Bruttomonatsgehälter, Urlaubsgeld, Hansefit, Fahrtkostenzuschuss, Kantine mit Zuschuss u.v.m. **Aufgabenbeschreibung : ** * Verantwortung, dass alle Produktionsziele und -aufgaben wie geplant durchgeführt und erfüllt werden * Verantwortung für die Umsetzung der Mengen und Rentabilität im zugeteilten Verantwortungsbereich * Kommunikation und Vertretung der unternehmerischen Entscheidungen im Auftrag der Produktionsleitung * Sicherstellung der Ausführung von anfallenden Arbeitstätigkeiten (beispielsweise Organisation und Vorbereitung des benötigten Arbeitsmaterials, der Maschinen und Betriebsmittel, der Reinigungstätigkeiten, der Kontrollvorgänge von produzierter Ware, der Standard-Instandhaltungstätigkeiten für Betriebsmittel, der Fehlersuche und -behebung, von Format- und Chargenwechsel, etc.) * Einhalten des Tages-Produktionsplans und Weiterkommunikation zu Schichtbeginn an das entsprechende Team * Sicherstellung der Versorgung bei Unfällen * Meldung potenzieller Verzögerungen an den Vorgesetzten * Anforderung von technischem Personal (Mechaniker, Elektriker, etc.) in Störungs- oder Wartungsfällen von Maschinen oder sonstiger Geräte * Zusammenarbeit mit dem Quality-Team bei der Einführung und Umsetzung von CAPA-Aktionen, bei der Untersuchung und Stellung von Abweichungen
