Produce high-quality seed; Ensure the efficiency and continuity of production; Maintain the high quality of the produced seed; Ensure factory operation under all circumstances; Organize production processes efficiently and in a harmonized manner; Organize operations in alignment with plant KPIs; Continuously monitor and measure performance; Achieve the best meets deadlines and goals; Ensures the best quality seed for customers

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 3 years of experience in plant/production operations, Intermediate level of English, Native Turkish language, Confidently use MS Office applications, SAP knowledge
Nice to Have
Continuous improvement of English language skills, Development of leadership competencies
What You'll Do.
Produce high-quality seed
Coordinate plant workers activities
Ensure production efficiency and continuity
Coordinate plant activities during low season
Prevent all HSE incidents
Supervise work permit administration
Maintain high seed quality
Ensure factory operation
Organize production processes efficiently
Support quality control laboratory
Ensure smooth information flow
Coordinate and supervise plant workers
Manage Quality Assurance System
Organize operations aligned with KPIs
Monitor and measure performance
Follow up on nonconformities
Perform root cause analysis
Track action plan implementation
Arrives physically and mentally suitable
Participates in HSE trainings
Reports hazardous situations
Contributes to corrective actions
Performs work processes per HSE policies
