Your role will be crucial in managing customer interactions and resolving any issues that may arise during your shift. ### **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Team Leadership:** Supervise staff during shifts, offering direction and support to ensure operational success. 2. **Customer Service:** Maintain exceptional service standards, addressing customer inquiries and complaints efficiently. 3. **Operational Management:** Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. 4. **Training and Development:** Assist in the training and onboarding of new employees, promoting a culture of learning. 5. **Inventory Management:** Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment. 6. **Health and Safety Compliance:** Ensure all staff follows health and safety regulations during their shifts. 7. **Financial Reporting:** Manage cash handling processes and assist with daily financial reconciliation. **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus. * 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within the retail or food service industry. * Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure. * Basic knowledge of inventory management and financial processes. * Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. ### **Physical Requirements:** * Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physica
