Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends, Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law, Physical demands: sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Must be 18 years or older, Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends, Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law, Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
Nice to Have
Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
What You'll Do.
Collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience
Empower Shift Leaders to take charge and set the morale and tone of the team
Provide feedback and coach team members when needed
Open and close the store with little to no supervision
Ensuring the quality of the food and beverages
Keeping a safe and clean store environment
