1 year of leadership experience, 1 year of restaurant experience, 1 year of retail experience, 1 year of customer service experience, Ability to work early mornings, Ability to work evenings, Ability to work some holidays, Ability to work weekends, At least 18 years of age
Nice to Have
High school diploma, GED equivalent, Valid driver's license, Reliable transportation
What You'll Do.
Demonstrate mastery of Team Member duties
Lead shifts focusing on team engagement
Lead shifts focusing on guest satisfaction
Maximize product sales
Take ownership of store appearance
Understand daily deployment
Communicate effectively on the floor
Address team and guest needs
