Full Job Description
Dunkin’ is looking for a motivated and energetic Shift Lead to help lead our team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. In this role, you will support daily operations, lead team members during shifts, and help deliver the fast, friendly service Dunkin’ guests know and love. If you enjoy leading teams, working in a high-energy environment, and creating great guest experiences, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and motivate team members during shifts to ensure excellent service and productivity * Delegate tasks and help maintain smooth restaurant operations * Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally * Ensure food and beverage quality meets Dunkin’ standards * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the restaurant * Assist with opening and closing procedures * Support training and development of new and existing team members * Assist with inventory, cash handling, and shift accountability * Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment **Requirements** **Qualifications:** * At least 1 year of food service, retail, or customer service experience preferred * Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively * Dependable with strong work ethic and positive attitude * Flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays * Must be at least 18 years old **Benefits** Competitive weekly pay Flexible scheduling Growth and advancement opportunities Health, dental, and vision benefits available for eligible team members
