Eligibility Requirements

Available to work in-person for each shift, 4x10 dedicated shift role, Expect some movement to support customer needs, Employment is contingent upon passing random drug and alcohol testing, Disclose any second job as part of the application process

Fluent in English, Calm and controlled in a pressured environment, Take on board feedback and learn from mistakes, Enjoy working with people, Thrive in a team environment, Manage wellbeing including fatigue, stress, Proven experience as a team coordinator or similar role, Leadership and communication skills in a 1:1 capacity, downwards to your team, and upwards and laterally with your other stakeholders, Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities, Excellent problem-solving skills, Attention to detail, Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office suite, Full clean driving licence, At least 5 years' driving experience, No blameworthy insurance claims in the past three years, Driving skills and knowledge, Willingness to continue developing driving skills

What You'll Do.

Manage a team of VSOs

Ensure VSOs are trained

and performing safely

Achieve operational hours

Lead a team of VSOs during a shift

Oversee day-to-day operations within the shift

Ensure operations meet company standards and goals

Manage work schedules

Line manage a group of VSOs

documented contact with each team member monthly

Engage with customers directly

Act as central point of contact for OEM initiatives

Cascade instructions to VSOs

Ensure operations comply with policies and regulations

Promote a safe work environment

Enforce safety protocols

Monitor quality of on-road testing

Ensure testing meets required standards

Address issues or discrepancies

Highlight issues to Quality Assurance team

Identify operational problems and challenges

Develop and implement practical solutions

Ensure minimal disruption to operations

Serve as primary point of contact for operations team

Communicate effectively with team members

and other departments

Prepare and submit reports on shift activities

Report performance metrics

Report incident reports

Report deviations from standard operating procedures

Provide initial point of contact for on-road incident

Act as initial ‘Operations Officer’

Coordinate training and development events
