Must Have
High School Diploma or G.E.D., 1+ years supervisory experience, Proficiency with POS systems, Proficiency with basic computer applications, Over 21 years of age, Can legally work in the United States, Valid State-Issued ID or U.S. Passport, Reliable transportation, No scheduling restrictions, Ability to push, pull, or lift 50 pounds, Capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking for extended periods

What You'll Do.
Serve as resource for staff and customers
Oversee onboarding for new retail associates
Track daily and monthly inventory
Restock sales floor products
Open and close the store
Assist the Management team
Provide exceptional customer service
Develop rapport with customers
and help locate proper product
Explain effects of different cannabis types
Protect organizational assets
Set up and break down display cases
Address phone calls and online orders
Maintain cleanliness of the store
Maintain a positive work environment
