Full Job Description
Sbarro is seeking a motivated and dependable Shift Lead to help lead our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. In this role, you will support daily operations, guide team members, and help ensure every guest receives high-quality food and excellent service. If you enjoy leading by example and working in a high-energy team setting, we want you on our team! **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and support team members during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations * Delegate tasks and help maintain productivity, teamwork, and positive morale * Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally and quickly * Ensure all food items meet Sbarro standards for quality, taste, and presentation * Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout kitchen, prep, and dining areas * Follow and enforce food safety, sanitation, and health regulations * Assist with opening, closing, and daily shift procedures * Support cash handling, register operations, and shift accountability * Assist with inventory, stocking, and minimizing food waste * Train and coach new and existing team members on company standards * Ensure kitchen equipment is operating properly and report any issues to management * Support management in achieving daily operational goals **Requirements** * Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred * Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed * Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred **Benefits** * Competitive weekly pay * Flexible scheduling * Health, dental, and vision benefits available for eligible team members * Paid time off for eligible employees
