Responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing building management systems (BMS) in data center facilities to ensure continuous uptime, environmental control, and infrastructure performance. **Responsibilities:** **System Monitoring & Operations** Monitor and control critical building systems including HVAC, electrical power distribution, lighting, fire detection/suppression, and security systems through centralized BMS platforms. **Environmental Control Management** Ensure optimal environmental conditions for IT equipment by maintaining temperature within specified parameters. Monitor precision cooling systems, chilled water plants, CRAC/CRAH units, and airflow management. Adjust setpoints and configurations to optimize energy efficiency while maintaining equipment protection. **Power & Electrical Systems** Oversight Monitor UPS systems, backup generators, PDUs (Power Distribution Units), automatic transfer switches, and electrical distribution infrastructure. Track power consumption, load balancing across circuits, and power quality metrics. Coordinate testing schedules for backup power systems and ensure redundancy protocols function correctly. **Data Analysis & Reporting** Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on system performance, energy consumption, environmental conditions, and alarm history.
