The Shift Lead oversees the efficient, safe, and responsible operation of all building systems and equipment during assigned shift operations in support of 24/7 critical building operations. You will lead and coordinate engineering staff on your shift, reporting to the Chief Engineer and supporting the day-to-day management of direct reports. This role serves as the primary technical point of contact during shift hours, ensures continuous uptime of critical systems, coordinates work order responses, and optimizes team performance to prevent operational downtime. This position requires the Shift Lead to be on-site. **Schedule:** 1st Shift: 7am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday, Occasional weekend check in's with team **WHAT YOU 'LL DO** **Critical Systems Operations and Management** • Oversee the maintenance and continuous operation of all critical building systems during assigned shift with zero downtime tolerance • Serve as the primary shift escalation point for technical issues and emergency situations • Monitor building automation systems (BAS) and critical equipment performance throughout shift operations • Coordinate and lead work order responses during shift hours, ensuring timely resolution of issues affecting building operations • Respond effectively to emergencies and service calls as the primary technical contact during shift, ensuring minima
