We also have developed a range of by-products for specialized applications across industry, construction and agriculture, which utilize Harsco’s expertise in mineral materials. * Operation management : Supervise all beneficiation plant activities, ensuring smooth operations, timely start-ups/shut downs, and achieving output targets. * Process Control: Monitor and adjust critical parameters (temperature, pressure, density, slurry flow) to maintain optimal performance and product quality. * Safety & Compliance: Sound knowledge on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols( LOTO,PTW,Inspections) * Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate plant operators, delegate tasks, and manage shift manpower effectively. * Troubleshooting: Identify operational issues, equipment malfunctions, and implement corrective actions, coordinating with maintenance teams. * Coordination: quality control, and logistics for seamless raw material supply and product handling.( For DRY MRP RMHS operation) * Reporting: Maintain accurate shift logs, performance reports, and detailed handover notes for the next shift. * Experience: Proven experience in iron ore or mineral beneficiation processes will be better ## Qualifications Qualifications * Education - Bachelor's deg
