What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, industrial engineering, Experience in steel melt shop or blast furnace, Operation management: Supervise all beneficiation plant activities, ensuring smooth operations, timely start-ups/shut downs, and achieving output targets., Process Control: Monitor and adjust critical parameters (temperature, pressure, density, slurry flow) to maintain optimal performance and product quality., Safety & Compliance: Sound knowledge on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols( LOTO, PTW, Inspections), Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate plant operators, delegate tasks, and manage shift manpower effectively., Troubleshooting: Identify operational issues, equipment malfunctions, and implement corrective actions, coordinating with maintenance teams., Coordination: Quality control, and logistics for seamless raw material supply and product handling. ( For DRY MRP RMHS operation), Reporting: Maintain accurate shift logs, performance reports, and detailed handover notes for the next shift.
