Must Have
High level proficiency and ability to perform the position of Store Associate, Ability to hit sales KPI’s at the highest level, Expert level proficiency in all aspects of retail dispensary duties, Proficiency in all aspects of cash handling, Balance cash registers and ensure accurate daily deposits, Adhere to all cannabis state-specific regulations and laws, Manage operations for smooth opening and closing procedures, Working knowledge of cannabis POS systems, Maintain active Arizona Facility Agent Card

What You'll Do.
Drive the shift and motivate an elevated level of service
Assist in operations such as opening and closing procedures
Perform the position of Store Associate
Hit sales KPI’s at the highest level
Teach and coach Store Associates
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Answer questions or assist with escalated customer issues
Work effectively and respectfully with fellow co-workers
Communicate and recognize employees
Assist in training new employees
Handle customer and employee requests
Provide administrative and managerial support
Balance cash registers and ensure accurate daily deposits
Execute and enforce compliance efforts
Participate in ongoing education
Manage operations for smooth opening and closing procedures
Inputting purchase orders
Running product reports
