What You'll Do.

Perform the position of Store Associate
Hit sales KPI’s at the highest level
Teach and coach Store Associates

Answer questions or assist with escalated customer issues

Handle customer and employee requests
Provide administrative and managerial support

Job Description: The Shift Lead is responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience while working closely and collaboratively with other retail staff members to meet revenue goals, lead the retail team, and develop the dispensary staff. The Shift Lead should have a genuine passion for the Cannabis industry and the well-being of its customers and staff. The Shift Lead will ensure that customers’ needs and expectations are met through optimal product selection and top-notch customer service.
