2+ years customer service leadership, 18+ years of age, Able to lift 25+ lbs, Able to stand for long periods

Hospitality or coffee leadership experience, Weekend and holiday availability

Craft beautiful coffee products
Serve all customers with energy
Support GM and Training Team
Ensure new team members follow recipes
Ensure new team members follow processes
Ensure new team members are in correct uniform
Close location safely
Ensure cleaning duties are followed
Handle minor customer issues
Lead initiatives to increase foot traffic
Lead initiatives to increase new customers
Lead initiatives to increase daily sales
Lead initiatives to increase operational profitability
