Adhere to EHS regulations
Conduct facilities system and equipment sign-off inspections

As an Shift ERC Engineer in Taiwan, you will help maintain our world-class standards and support flawless execution of safety protocols. **Responsibilities:** * Manage incidents, natural disasters, and emergencies by providing professional advice to mitigate risks and support the Emergency Response Team (ERT) commander in making critical decisions. * Plan and conduct emergency response training, certification, drills, and promotional activities to prepare the team for any situation. * Regularly conduct plant safety inspections, audits, and on-site safety observations to identify and mitigate potential hazards. * Ensure all emergency response facilities and equipment are well-maintained and ready for use at any time. * Conduct detailed reviews of high-risk activities within the site, strictly adhering to EHS regulations to prevent accidents and incidents. * Conduct facilities system and equipment sign-off inspections to verify compliance with EHS regulations and standards, ensuring that all critical deficiencies are identified, risk-assessed, and resolved before approval. * Improve the reliability of various disaster prevention systems through rigorous safety audits. * Assist in promoting the Business Continuity Planning (BCP) to prepare for sudden disaster events with pre-planned response and recovery operations. **Minimum Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree or above in Occupational Health and Industrial Safety Engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. * Mo
