What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Chemical / Materials Engineering, 3-4 years of wafer fabrication experience, Proven problem-solving skills, Proven data analysis skills, Proven SPC/process control knowledge, Proven yield/defect mechanism knowledge, Proven process flow interaction knowledge, Proficient in relevant Micron systems/tools, Solid understanding of yield, Solid understanding of defect mechanisms, Solid understanding of process interactions, Solid understanding of GeRM risks, Flexible to work permanent 12 hours day shift and night shift

What You'll Do.
Ensure process stability

This role acts as the critical bridge between real-time shift execution and TD strategic objectives, translating priorities into actionable plans that ensure process stability, yield protection and operational excellence. The Shift Engineer coordinate directly with TD 1st Shift team members, HVM Shift Ops Team and multi-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality execution. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: Safety & Quality: * Finishes the required safety training and adheres to safety and regulatory policies * Proactively identifies and resolves safety and quality issues with stakeholders * Drives reduction of injuries, hazards, and environmental incidents Shift Operations * Serves as 2nd line of defense for shift critical area issues (lot hold, disposition, excursions, line-downs, tool downs) interfacing HVM Ops team and TD 1st shift Process Development teams. * Partners with TD 1st Shift, HVM Ops, and cross-functional teams to set priorities, resolve issues, and meet goals. * Ensures robust reaction plans, and timely updates for shift teams * Develops and executes plans to
