Micron is looking for a dedicated and skilled Process Shift Engineer to join our MTB PWF PE Shift team in Taiwan. This position provides an outstanding chance to engage with brand new technology and contribute to a team dedicated to achieving unparalleled operational excellence! •**Responsibilities:** •Track and address problems in PCVD, Dry Etch, Photo, WET, and CMP procedures to maintain smooth operation. •Apply process tools to detect and track inline defects, using SPC for process monitoring and trend analysis. •Diagnose and resolve process abnormalities swiftly to minimize downtime and improve equipment utilization. •Continuously adjust process parameters and support area CIP projects to optimize processes. •Collaborate with IT, DS, and APC teams on tool development and maintenance to strengthen our inline defense. •**Minimum Qualifications:** •Proven experience in process engineering, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. •Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical information effectively. •Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. •A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field,
