Perform routine preventative maintenance on hotel equipment and
Tend to minor repairs related to plumbing

Inspect guest rooms and common areas for repair
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
Update maintenance logs and utility readings
Assist with emergency repairs and after-hours tasks
