What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Min 3 years experience in operation/commissioning of ASU process plants, Diploma Chemical. sc (PCM)/B. tech chemical degree from recognized institute
Nice to Have
Working/ understanding of process & technology used in plants, Experience in instrumentation, mechanical, electrical / ability to replace consumables
What You'll Do.
Operate & monitor Primary Plants
Conduct daily maintenance activities
Support Maintenance team
Conduct routine plant inspection
Resolve site level issues
Practice AL Group Safety guidelines
Practice IMS requirements
Ensure smooth plant operation
Develop & practice standard procedures
Adhere to reporting incidents
Carry out troubleshooting
Implement corrective action plans
Participate in safety programs
Complete assigned training
Develop own competencies
Handle non-critical maintenance tasks
Adhere to MOC process
Adhere to industrial reporting
Practice ORACLE process
Contribute to shutdown activities
Make routine plant rounds
Fill daily checklists
Raise service requests
Participate in tool box meetings
Update operational information
