Management may assign additional functions related to the type of work of the position as necessary.** * Scan, organize, maintain, and retrieve warrant files and related legal documentation * Sort and process high volumes of records and paperwork * Confirm warrant information and provide documentation to law enforcement agencies as requested * Copy, fax, email, and distribute warrant documentation for magistration and related criminal justice processes * Perform data entry and maintain accurate electronic and physical records * Prepare and process paperwork associated with warrants, detainers, and releases of detainers * Maintain division filing systems and records in accordance with office procedures and applicable retention requirements * Process incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence * Answer telephones and provide professional assistance to the public, courts, correctional facilities, and outside agencies * Conduct follow-up communications regarding warrant status and inmate custody verification * Review and verify warrant files involving out-of-county or out-of-state inmates * Provide general administrative and clerical support to division personnel as assigned * Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisory personnel ** _Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:_** * High school diploma or GED equivalent required * Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately * Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately * Proficiency in basic computer operations and standard office equipm
