We are looking for a SHEQ Coordinator to support our quayside activities in Waalhaven. This is a hands-on, site-based role in which you will work closely with supervisors, crews, and subcontractors to ensure that all activities are carried out safely and in line with our SHEQ standards. You will report directly to the Site Manager and work closely with the SHEQ Engineer from Offshore Energy – Fleet Management. Your responsibilities as a SHEQ Coordinator: * Support site management in maintaining compliance with applicable local legislation, regulatory requirements, and internal SHEQ standards. * Carry out regular safety walks and site inspections. * Deliver and continuously improve site inductions and toolbox talks. * Review and advise on safety plans and mobilisations. * Work closely with operations to ensure the safe execution of daily quay activities, including vessel-related work. * Provide SHEQ input during vessel repairs afloat, and during vessel docking repairs. * Identify unsafe situations and take action to address them. * Ensure incident reporting is completed and properly followed up. * Participate in incident and accident investigations, in
