Our team of highly skilled and hardworking specialists deliver innovative solutions to the complex challenges our clients face. Our company is split into two business areas: Utility Infrastructure – Our team of Utility Infrastructure specialists design, build and maintain critical water, energy (gas), power and telecoms infrastructure, for the UK’s largest network owners and operators. Social Infrastructure - Our team of Social Infrastructure specialists revitalise homes and communities by carrying out a wide range of work, from retrofit to refurbishment, and maintenance. Our Social Infrastructure pillar operate in the refurbishment and regeneration of thousands of properties in the Nationally; we are currently looking for a SHEQ Advisor to provide invaluable health and safety support and advice to teams undertaking cyclical internal / external refurbishment works across our projects in East Midlands. Your role as SHEQ Advisor will involve: * Undertaking periodic risk assessments reviews and implementing more robust procedures when necessary. * Providing specialist SHEQ advice to colleagues / subcontractors * Ensuring contracts are compliant and that positive behaviours are embedded in the day to day works of our operational teams. * Investigating incident and accidents and providing formal reports and root cause analysis. ## Qualifications This is primarily a site-based role which will require a SHEQ professional with previously construction / property services experience, in addition to a full UK driving license and vehicle for work purposes.
