Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English, Good grasp of basic math/measuring skills, Ability to handle the physically demanding nature of the position

Knowledge and experience working Bake End operations, including oven operation, dough mixing as asset

Operate and monitor sheeter and conveyor system

Fill feeders and perform quality checks

Observe safety regulations

Maintain efficient flow of product

Obtain and position supplies

Fill ingredient hoppers

Communicate with mixers/oven operators

Perform quality checks every half hour

Assist with changeovers

Assist oven operators
