Join Roche, where every voice matters. ### ### The Position * STARI Program Promotion: Brainstorm creative ideas, design promotional materials (e.g., posters, newsletters), and organize online/offline campaigns to drive employee engagement and cultivate a strong SHE culture. * Occupational Health Assessments: Assist in conducting workplace Ergonomic (Ergo) risk assessments to identify improvements and enhance employee well-being. * Health Event Support: Provide operational and hands-on support for the planning, logistics, and execution of the Annual Occupational Health Check-up event. * Data & Case Management: Gather, sort, and analyze occupational health data to help identify trends; assist in employee health case documentation, follow-ups, and coordination with healthcare providers. * Compliance & Safety Inspections ：Help monitor compliance with local regulations and Roche's internal SHE standards; participate in routine safety inspections to identify, document, and report hazards. * Incident Response & Environment Initiatives: Participate in laboratory safety incident investigations (including work-related injuries), contributing to root cause analysis; support environmental sustainability initiatives such as waste management and pollution prevention. * Documentation & Reporting: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date SHE records, and help prepare routine compliance and performance reports. * Other Tasks： Support other ad-hoc SHE administrative or operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor. **** **** ### Who we are A healthier future dri
