Must Have
5+ years of experience in SharePoint development (Online and/or On-Premise environments). Hands-on experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, TypeScript, and JavaScript. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, jQuery, REST APIs, CSOM, JSOM, and Microsoft Graph API. Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 integration tools. Understanding of SharePoint architecture, site governance, metadata, and permissions management. Experience working with Azure AD authentication and Microsoft 365 ecosystem tools.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of SharePoint migration tools such as ShareGate or Metalogix is an advantage. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred. Microsoft 365 or SharePoint certifications are a plus.
