Position Description ENSCO is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to support the administration, governance, optimization, and maintenance of our Microsoft SharePoint Online environment within a GCC High tenant operating in a CMMC-compliant environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SharePoint Online development, site architecture, content management, permissions management, document lifecycle governance, and integration with Microsoft 365 services. This position will play a key role in ensuring secure collaboration, information management, and user adoption across the enterprise. Responsibilities include: • Administer and maintain SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, hubs, communication sites, team sites, and associated services. • Manage SharePoint permissions, security groups, and access controls in alignment with organizational security policies and Zero Trust principles. • Develop and enforce SharePoint governance standards, policies, and best practices. • Support document management, records management, retention policies, and information lifecycle management utilizing Microsoft Purview capabilities. • Collaborate with business units to design, implement, and maintain SharePoint solutions that improve collaboration and business processes. • Manage SharePoint integrations with Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and other Microsoft 365 services. • Monitor SharePoint performance, storage u
