What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7–10 years of relevant IT and SharePoint experience, at least 4 years as a SharePoint Architect, hands‑on expertise in SharePoint architecture, design, development, and implementation, experience with SharePoint JSOM, CSOM, REST APIs, and Power Apps workflows, proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale solutions across the full development lifecycle, including system analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation, integration across backend operational and content management systems, technically skilled across the Microsoft stack, C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, web services, component‑based architectures, low‑code/no‑code technologies such as Power Apps, SharePoint Designer, and Azure services, thrive in fast‑paced, global, multi‑country environments (professional services, financial services, or BPO), communicate fluently in spoken and written English, demonstrate problem‑solving ability, credibility, integrity, and the confidence to work independently or collaboratively to deliver results
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Information Systems or a related field, Microsoft SharePoint certification (MCSE/MCSD), additional European languages
