4–6 years of experience working with SharePoint Online within Microsoft 365 enterprise environments, Hands-on experience administering SharePoint Online site collections and structured content environments, experience designing and managing SharePoint Online information architecture, including content types, managed metadata, term stores, indexed columns, metadata schemas, and folder taxonomy structures, Experience designing governance structures for document management and content organization initiatives, Experience designing Power Automate workflows for governance reporting, operational visibility, and notification processes, Understanding of folder-path-based and metadata-based integration patterns, Experience validating migrated libraries, metadata consistency, and governance quality assurance activities, Ability to translate technical architecture decisions into business-friendly guidance for non-technical users, written communication skills for governance and operational process documentation, Experience creating Content Governance Guides, Information Architecture Design Documents, or similar governance documentation, Professional English communication skills (written and conversational), 4–6 years of experience with SharePoint Online in Microsoft 365 enterprise environments, experience with SharePoint information architecture and governance, Experience with metadata schemas, content types, and taxonomy structures, Experience designing Power Automate workflows, Professional English communication skills

About You You are a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong experience designing and managing SharePoint Online information architecture within Microsoft 365 enterprise environments. You are passionate about creating scalable, maintainable, and well-governed content structures that support operational efficiency and long-term business needs. You are comfortable translating technical governance concepts into practical solutions that improve content organization, document management, and platform usability. You collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, communicating architecture decisions, governance standards, and best practices in a clear and approachable way. You thrive in environments where autonomy, structure, and consistency are highly valued. You are confident making architecture recommendations, leading governance initiatives, and ensuring standards are implemented effectively across complex SharePoint Online ecosystems.
