Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of escrow processing experience, Understanding of escrow procedures and general escrow operations, attention to detail and organizational skills, Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, verbal and written communication skills, Team-oriented mindset with the ability to build positive working relationships
What You'll Do.
Support escrow openings and closings
Set up and maintain escrow files
Prepare correspondence and order preliminary title reports
Process fund disbursements and prepare closing statements
Coordinate courier scheduling and delivery instructions
Distribute preliminary reports and provide updates
Follow established escrow procedures
Assist with resolving processing issues
Support team goals and help maintain efficient operations

Communicate with branch teams, internal partners, and clients throughout the escrow process; Work closely with escrow branches, internal partners, and clients; Be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment
