Must Have

3–5 years of direct Account Management, Project Management, Client Services, or related experience, Proven experience managing multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously, client-facing communication and relationship management skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through, Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and operational workflows, problem-solving, critical thinking, and risk management skills, Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration, Experience creating project plans, timelines, reporting, and project documentation, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel

Nice to Have

Experience with project management or workflow systems such as Airtable, Salesforce, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar tools, Experience working in field execution, retail merchandising, marketing operations, or client services environments, PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or related project management certification

What You'll Do.

Serve as primary point of contact for clients

Lead end-to-end project management

Coordinate internal resources and cross-functional teams

Develop and maintain detailed project plans

Ensure projects delivered on time

Monitor project health

Manage project scope changes

Facilitate clear communication with clients

Partner closely with Operations

Review project reporting

Support development of project workflows

Create and maintain project documentation

Ensure resource availability and alignment

Escalate project risks or client concerns

Maintain client relationships through proactive communication

Support onboarding and knowledge-sharing

Identify opportunities for operational improvements
