Full Job Description
负责客户关系管理: 在所负责区域内积极发展并创建客户关系; 在所负责区域内发展通力的市场地位; 为整个通力销售团队 (如:交叉销售) 赢取和沟通销售机会; 与通力其他团队(如工地)一起确保客户满意度并解决客户投诉,以及配件协调; 管理客户资料和联系信息,维护客户数据,及时更新CRM并使用CRM计划和跟踪销售活动; 战略/重要客户及时反馈客户满意度、组织架构图; 负责该区域维保销售业务,包括: 1.确保免保转签以及续签: 全程积极主动跟进确保零丢失; 确保和扩展现有维保业务,通力客户定价和利润; 2.市场获得: 监测销售结果包括不断分析和协调销售目标,以确保达到业务目标(台数和销售额); 负责通过机会、订单和合同,完成维保销售预算和定价目标; 3.应收账款管理: 协助或执行回款,并预测应收帐款; 其他: 使用Nemo计价,给予客户包含服务内容及新产品的定制化报价及合同; 验证从客户处接到订单的内容是否符合谈判的结果,包括条款和条件、质量和安全; 招投标,投标报名,制作标书; 维护详尽的机会,任务和访问信息; 及时和准确的报告; 业务相关培训以及会议; _At KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
