Full Job Description
The purpose of this role is to develop required software features, achieving timely delivery in compliance with the performance and quality standards of the company. **Job Description:** Key responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute personalized campaigns across **Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and WhatsApp** , with strong **cross-channel integration knowledge**. * Build and manage customer journeys using **Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio and Interaction Studio.** * Create dynamic, responsive email templates using **HTML, CSS, and AMPscript**. * Develop **SQL queries** for data segmentation, extraction, and reporting. * Integrate Marketing Cloud with **Salesforce CRM** and third-party systems. * Implement marketing automation using **Automation Studio**. * Develop custom scripts using **AMPscript, SSJS, HTML and CSS** to enhance personalization and functionality. * Troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows to ensure accurate and timely execution. * Provide technical support and training to internal teams on Marketing Cloud capabilities. * Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, releases, and best practices. **Location:** Mumbai **Brand:** Fractal **Time Type:** Full time **Contract Type:** Permanent
