The purpose of this role is to independently execute the campaign process, from instruction receipt to file production, with the highest level of accuracy. This role understands, customises and optimises the entire campaign management process, to include new campaign requirements, development test, production execution and quality control. This role oversee the campaign execution of other team members, ensuring quality delivery across the team. **Job Description:** **SFDC Tech Lead - 1 position** # of positions 1 Location Mumbai Kandivali **Responsibilities & Key Deliverables** • Analyse Functional Requirements and suggest/recommend/advise technical solution and approach • Co-Create Technical Design document, Review and Approve tech designs • Lead development activities and report periodically the status, risk and issues. • Lead 3 to 4 technical developers • Problem / Issues analyzing and debugging skills. **Experience** 8+ years of Experience Minimum 4 to 5 years of Service and Sales cloud technical experience (Service Cloud) **Industry Preferred** **Qualifications** Btech **General Requirements** • Good Hands in Sales/Service/Experience Cloud • (Must) Technically skilled well on application customization, configuration and API’s. • Performed Code review and Code Optimization on Apex/Aura/LWC. • Very good Apex/Aura/LWC skills/Flows • Must have either an Integration or a Data Architect Certification or experience **Location:** Mumbai **Brand:** Merkle **Time Type:** Full time **Contract Type:** Permanent
