Acting as the technical owner of the SFMC platform, this individual leads a team of developers and engineers to implement scalable, high-performing, and maintainable solutions that support marketing goals across journeys, automations, APIs, and integrations. This role not only ensures adherence to Salesforce best practices and architectural governance but also serves as the go-to subject matter expert for resolving technical challenges, reviewing code quality, and driving technical excellence across the delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience with SFMC technologies and strong leadership capabilities to manage offshore development teams in a fast-paced, enterprise environment. ## **Responsibilities:** **Technical Leadership & Delivery Oversight** * Lead the end-to-end technical development lifecycle for Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects including architecture, development, QA support, and deployment. * Supervise and mentor developers working on Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Email Studio, and custom API integrations. * Translate solution designs and business requirements into high-quality technical implementations that are scalable, secure, and performant. **2\. Standards, Governance & Code Quality** * Define and enforce coding standards, naming conventions, and reusable design patterns across SFMC assets and scripts. * Conduct code reviews, evaluate logic quality and complexity, and ensure optimal use of AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL queries. * Maintain technical documentation, repositories, version control, and deployment checklists. **3\.
