## What You’ll Do Operate industrial sewing machines (single stitch, double stitch, automated & manual) Apply finishing elements like zippers, Velcro, keder, hems, and pockets Perform fit checks on frames and hardware when required Inspect products for correct dimensions, artwork, and quality standards Troubleshoot and adjust machines to keep production running smoothly Read and follow work orders and specifications Use measuring tools (tape measure, yardstick) to ensure accuracy Record production data using internal systems (ERP or similar) ## What Makes You a Great Fit Has experience with industrial sewing equipment (manual or automated) Takes pride in precision and attention to detail Can read job orders and follow instructions confidentlyIs comfortable working in a fast-paced, production environment Communicates well and works effectively in a team Stays organized and manages time efficiently ## What You’ll Bring Basic measurement skills (tape measure, rulers, etc.) Ability to identify and correct quality issues Strong work ethic and commitment to safety High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) ## Additional Information Who is Serigraph?
