**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * * **Efficient setup and start-up:** As a setup operator, you are responsible for independently setting up tools, forming machines (wheel intrusion system), as well as their peripherals and downstream processes. * **Process optimization and monitoring:** You continuously optimize and monitor production processes, finishing machines, and other peripheral equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and quality. * **Quality control and documentation:** By monitoring ongoing production and documenting process workflows, you actively contribute to quality assurance. * **Responsibility and participation in improvement projects:** You are responsible for material provision and the required quality standards while actively participating in improvement projects and initiatives such as Kaizen. * **Troubleshooting and team support:** In the event of disruptions during the shift, you act quickly and effectively to resolve issues and support your team as needed. * **Responsibility for occupational safety and environmental protection:** You consistently comply with all regulations in the areas of occupational safety and environmental protection and actively contribute to their implementation and continuous improvement. # Qualifications: * **Technical training and experience:** Ideally, you have completed vocational training as a plastics and rubber processing technician or hold a comparable technical qualification.
